Axelrod: FL13 Outcome Shows Need to 'Get Base Voters, Young People, Minorities' Out to Vote

On Wednesday’s “Morning Joe,” former Obama adviser David Axelrod reacted to Tuesday’s outcome in Florida’s 13th congressional district in which Rep.-Elect Rep. David Jolly (R-FL) defeated Democratic hopeful Alex Sink by a very narrow margin and what he thinks Democrats should do going forward.
