National Right to Work Foundation Defends Workers in Union Attempt to Subvert Election

Mark Mix, President of the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation, discusses the National Labor Relations Board decision which will allow the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation to represent the workers at the Chattanooga, TN Volkswagen plant.

In February, workers at the plant held a vote to determine whether the United Auto Workers Union would represent employees. The vote came down against the Union. Since that time the UAW has been trying to overturn the results of that vote.

Mark Mix says, “We’re going to stand up for the workers down there, and stand up for their rights, to defend themselves, and defend the integrity of the election.”
