On Friday’s “Special Report,” Washington Post columnists Charles Krauthammer and George Will pointed out, at least historically, economic sanctions have deterred military action by some world powers and the Obama administration’s sanctions could provoke Russian President Vladimir Putin into further actions regarding Ukraine and the rest of Eastern Europe.
