Russian Ambassador: Sanctions are 'Revival' of 'Cold War Mentality'

On this weekend’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday,” Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Sergey Kislyak said, “The sanctions that have been introduced [are] certainly [a] significant gesture of the revival of the Cold War mentality.”

When the ambassador was pressed by host Chris Wallace on the use of Cold War rhetoric Kislyak pulled back by saying, “I didn’t say it’s a revival of a full Cold War – basis for a full Cold War isn’t there.”
