Tuesday during the National Basketball Association’s press conference about its investigation into Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling’s racist comments, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver confirmed the voice on the tape was Sterlings. Silver also expressed his “personal outraged” over the “hateful” remarks and announced Sterling had been banned for life from any NBA game or event and fined him the maximum $2.5 million dollars. Sliver also vowed the NBA “will begin immediately” to force Sterling to sell the LA Clippers…
