CNN Poll: Obama Can't Get Above 50 Percent Approval

CNN’s newest poll on President Obama’s approval rating has him “stuck in a rut at 43 percent” overall approval, and below 50 percent on every issue.  CNN analyst John King stated that the numbers are an indication that “largely people don’t think the economy has any [momentum].”

National Journal’s Ron Fournier added that the problem is the White House “hurting its credibility.”  Nia-Malkia Henderson of The Washington Post said that “this idea whether or not he’s a good manager” is important to Obama’s approval numbers and that “people seem to think that he increasingly is not.”
