Obama: No Troops to Iraq — 'Iraqis Not Willing To Stand And Fight'

Friday, a defiant President Barack Obama gave a statement on the White House lawn after making a brief statement on the unfolding crisis in Iraq. The president said he will not be sending U.S. troops to stop the advancement of ISIS forces that took the cities of Tikrit and Mosul and are advancing towards Baghdad.

He admitted ISIS could eventually pose a threat to America and said, “We have enormous interest there.”

Obama scolded the Iraqi military and said, “They are not willing to stand and fight … we can not do it for them.”
