On his Monday radio show, conservative talker Rush Limbaugh discussed the national media trying to blame the current collapse of Iraq on former President George W. Bush. Limbaugh referred to The New York Times constantly running the Abu Ghraib torture photos but not running the photos ISIS released this weekend of mass murders of Iraqi forces as evidence. Limbaugh argued their efforts would fail because the American public knows “Obama owns Iraq” and it was his decision to completely withdraw troops.
Earlier in the day, Secretary of State John Kerry had said the administration is willing to work with Iran to solve the crisis. On that, Limbaugh said the Obama administration might as well be “sending engraved invitations for Iran to take over Iraq” which has been there “goals for decades.”
