Tuesday after the news broke that Ahmed Abu Khattal, who is suspect in the 2012 Benghazi terror attack, had been captured by U.S. forces, Pat Smith, the mother of Sean Smith, one of the four Americans killed in the attack reacted by saying it’s “wonderful that they finally caught him,” but wanted to know why if news reporters were able to interview the militant what took U.S. officials so long to finally apprehend him in.
Smith became highly emotional when discussing then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton refusing to tell her “any details” about the circumstances of her son’s death. She raised her voice and cut off host Brooke Baldwin as she said “They don’t care! They don’t give a damn!”
