On Tuesday’s broadcast of “CNN Newsroom,” network anchor Don Lemon expressed his fatigue with the speculation regarding Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential run during his guest-hosting.
During his discussion with Brianna Keilar about CNN’s live town hall meeting with Clinton, Lemon stated that he was sick of hearing questions about Clinton’s potential presidential campaign, saying that such questioning exhausts him because “she’s using the media. She’s playing us and we’ll falling right into it. She’s running already without declaring. That’s what she’s doing.” Lemon did add that he thought Clinton was “very smart” for using the media in such a manner, and that “her time, I believe, is right now.”
