Ted Cruz (R-TX) laid the blame for the “humanitarian crisis” of unaccompanied minors surging across the U.S.-Mexico border squarely on President Obama’s “lawlessness”  at a press conference with Attorney General Greg Abbott (R-TX) and Congressman Michael Burgess (R-TX) after touring Lackland Air Force Base’s temporary youth immigration facility to help handle the flood of unaccompanied children now in U.S. custody.
