Wednesday night on Fox Business Network’s “Lou Dobbs Tonight,” Breitbart editor Ben Shapiro said even though President Barack Obama is running a criminal enterprise, Speaker of the House John Boehner’s (R-OH) might not be using the correct tactic by suing the president.
Shapiro argued, “I think Boehner’s idea is mainly a cover. I don’t think that the lawsuit is going to go anywhere from a legal perspective because the Supreme Court generally refers to the political question doctrine, they tend not to get in disputes between the various branches of government.”
Host Lou Dobbs asked how the president can be held accountable for his potentially criminal use of executive actions and Shapiro answered, “No one is going to be able to compel President Obama to do his job with honor and duty. he’s incapable of that.
“Congress should throw it to the people,” he continued. “They should allow us to sue members of the Obama administration, expand the Racketeer Corrupt Organization Act in 1970.”
“There is no safer place to be on the planet if your a criminal than inside the Obama administration,” he added.
