Breitbart's Klukowski Debunks Birthright Citizenship

Breitbart legal analyst Ken Klukowski argued that the Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment does not automatically confer citizenship on all individuals born in the United States on Monday’s broadcast of Laura Ingraham’s radio show.

Klukowski pointed out that the jurisdiction clause of the 14^th Amendment means that automatic citizenship for every person born on American soil “is not the law and it has never been the law.” 

He pointed to exemptions such as the children of foreign ambassadors, military operatives, and prisoners of war born on U.S. soil and said that the 14^th Amendment was really designed to overrule the Dred Scott decision, not to give citizenship to the children of foreign citizens.
