Andrew Hasbun, a reporter for Phoenix, AZ Fox affiliate KSAZ, told Fox News Channel’s Stuart Varney that there will be no buses of illegal immigrants heading into Oracle, Arizona, and credited protesters against the proposed busing for preventing the transport of unaccompanied minors into the city.
“When we got word the buses weren’t coming there was no reason given, but you can only assume it was because of [the protest] right outside that boys’ camp, and the protesters out here are now claiming victory” Hasbun reported.
He added that “nobody really knows when the buses are going to come back or if they come back,” but said “the protesters that are out here, outside the camp, say they will be back and they will do everything they can to stop the buses from coming to this facility.”
