On Monday, talk radio host Mark Levin slammed Senate Majority Leader Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) for his controversial comments to a group of Asian business owners, and the Republican leadership for failing to win a majority in the Senate.
“You wanna hear racist? I’ll show you racist … his name is Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) … and the Democrats have a habit of picking people like this.”
Levin added that given Reid’s habit of making such blunders, the Republican Party should win a major victory in 2014, but is not poised to do so.
“The Republicans are not doing so great [in the Senate],” he said. “I’m not one of these that thinks this is going to be an overwhelming landslide, the people detest what’s going on in this country, but once again, for the most part, the Republicans offer them vanilla … I’m talking about substance.”
He concluded, “If the Republicans do not have a big win in the US Senate this time around…it’s time to throw all these establishment bastards out who’ve taken over the Republican apparatus because they now will have had three election cycles to take the Senate back and failed.”
