Obama: We Have 'No Elaborate Strategy' to Defeat ISIS

Thursday from the White House press briefing room, President Barack Obama said there is no “elaborate strategy” to go “full scale” and defeat ISIS.

He said he didn’t want to “put the cart before the horse,” but instead the immediate goal is to keep American people and interests safe while the administration is working politically and diplomatically to “cobble together a collation” of allies to create a military, political and economic answer to ISIS.
