Wednesday on Newsmax TV’s “The Steve Malzberg Show,” Maricopa Co., AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio said the only way to stop ISIS from coming over the U.S.-Mexico border is to work with the Mexican government and put the U.S. military on both sides of the border.
Arpaio said after illegal immigrant inmates who have committed serious crimes are turned over ICE for deportation 37 percent end up back in his jail.
“There is something wrong with the policies of Homeland Security, and ICE and the federal government — they can’t even keep track of all these people that are booked into my jail and then turned over. How are they going to keep track of all these people coming in from a foreign country?”
