Tuesday at the White House press briefing, press secretary Josh Earnest said if members of Congress are confused even after administrations consultations, by President Barack Obama’s strategy to dismantle and defeat ISIS then we “strongly encourage them to tune into the presidents address.”
Earnest said, “I assume that each of these members of Congress has a television … if they are unsatisfied with the consultations they have gotten, we strongly encourage them to tune into the president’s address.”
