Boehner: An F-16 Is Not a Strategy

Thursday at his press briefing, Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-OH) voiced concern over President Barack Obama’s plan to destroy ISIS without American forces on the ground.

The speaker said, “An F-16 is not a strategy. Airstrikes alone will not accomplish what we are trying to accomplish The president made clear that he does not want U.S. boots on the ground. Well somebody’s boots have to be on the ground.”
