CNN’s Brian Todd reported on a senior spokesman for ISIS, Abu Muhammad al Adnani, threatening the United States and its allies by calling for lone wolf attacks inside the United States.
According to CNN, al Adnani said, “Rig the roads with explosives for them. Attack their bases. Raid their homes. Cut off their heads. Do not let them feel secure.”
