Surprisingly, public opinion has dramatically changed and now — liberals and independents have joined with conservatives is recognizing and calling for a national security doctrine that is not built around President Barack Obama’s, “winning hearts and minds, ” but more so around Ronald Reagan’s mantra of “peace through strength.”
