Kobani resident and Editor of the Hawar News Agency, Perwer Muhammad Ali, stated that American airstrikes against ISIS “really are not effective” in an interview on Thursday’s “Hannity” on the Fox News Channel.
“It is the impression of people here that American airstrikes really are not effective, and Kobani needs more airstrikes, you know in order to just stop ISIS mercenaries, ISIS terrorists from advancing into Kobani,” he said.
Ali added “I think that you know these airstrikes are not enough…American jets are not enough…ISIS [fighters] are still advancing in the streets of Kobani.”
