Monday at the daily press briefing, ABC News chief White House correspondent Jonathan Karl questioned press secretary Josh Earnest over why with only one week left President Barack Obama was not campaigning for any Democrats this weekend.
Karl asked Earnest if the president was “politically toxic,” as he continued to question the president’s absence especially from Democrats running for the U.S. Senate.
