Tuesday at the White House press briefing , White House press secretary Josh Earnest said tonight’s election results will not be a referendum on President Barack Obama.
Earnest said, “The important thing here is what is driving the voters decisions” adding, “Most voters, I think are deciding who to vote for based on the name that is on the ballot not the name thats not.”
