'Morning Joe': Obama Weak Response to ISIS 'Scaring the Hell out of the World'

Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” host Joe Scarborough said President Barack Obama’s policy toward ISIS is “scaring the hell out of the world.”

“The president loves leading from behind. You’re not going to be able to lead from behind on this anymore,” Scarborough said. “If I had met one ambassador across the world, if I met one world leader across the world that wasn’t scared as hell how the United States is responding to this threat, I wouldn’t be speaking this way because I always assume the president and the president’s advisers know a hell of a lot more about stuff than those of us that don’t get the intel reports. I am hearing this from around the globe. This is really really bad. America’s response is scaring the hell out of the world.” he added.
