House Homeland Security Chair Warns of ISIS-Type Cyber Attack on US

Thursday at the Council on Foreign Relations, the chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX) said what keeps him up at night about Iran developing software that has the “ability to shut things down” like infrastructure systems such as “power grids” and “water distribution” is those efforts are creating a new “ease of access” for Internet savvy groups “like ISIS.”
