Thursday on CNN while night reacting to President Barack Obama’s speech detailing his executive action on amnesty, former Obama administration press secretary Jay Carney said the president is taking a “big risk,” adding, “He has no question created a major conflict with this congress just as it’s coming into power, and that could mean a lot of fights from here for the next two years.”
