Wednesday night on CNN, in reaction to the news that a grand jury declined to indict the New York City Police officer involved in the chokehold death of Eric Garner, filmmaker Spike Lee compared the Garner case to the Rodney King case when he brought up the jury in Simi Valley, CA that acquitted the officers who were captured on on video beating King.
