Fox News Channel and Fox Business Network host Neil Cavuto got into a heated discussion with attorney Bill Risner, who is helping a client sue the US government after he was mauled by a Border Patrol dog while trying to smuggle drugs, asking Risner if he could “sue your ass” if he was injured breaking into his house on Thursday’s “Your World.”
“If I broke into your house, and I tripped and broke my ankle on your stairs, on the way up to empty out your wife’s jewelry chest, do I have a legal right to sue your ass?” Cavuto asked.
After Risner informed Cavuto that in such an instance, he could not sue his ass, Cavuto yelled back “of course not, because I broke into your house!!!”
Risner argued that because Cavuto could not sue after breaking into someone’s house, prompting clearly audible laughter from people inside the studio.
