Monday, demonstrators stopped Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) in the middle of a speech on the Senate floor by screaming “U.S. torture, it’s official, prosecute now!”
The Capitol Police arrested 11 and restored order saying, ”One more outburst and you will be arrested. You’re here as a guest of the United States Senate.”
