De Blasio on IDs for Illegals: We Don’t Want Them ‘To Feel Like Second-Class Citizens’

In a NPR report on New York City’s new ID card program, which is available to all residents 14 and older, regardless of immigration their status, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio promoted the necessity of the cards by saying, “We don’t want any of our fellow New Yorkers to feel like second-class citizens. We don’t want them to feel left out.”
