Thursday on Newsmax TV’s “America’s Forum,” outgoing Gov. Rick Perry (R-TX) gave President Barack Obama a failing grade on national security for both his inability to send the right message internationally and his poor leadership skills as witnessed by the inexperience of the people he surrounds himself with.
Perry said, “When you think about Libya, when you think about Benghazi, when you look at Egypt, when you see what we have done to Israel, and the leadership turning their backs on one of our best allies in the region, when you see Syria, when you look at the Ukraine and Crimea, when you look at the way they are giving legitimacy to Iran, that is not a passing grade in anyone’s estimation.”
