Obama Gloats : ‘I Know Because I Won Both of Them’

After getting sporadic applause and laughter during his State of the Union address on Tuesday from the Republican side of the aisle when President Barack Obama said “I have no more campaigns to run,”  he quickly came back with, “I know because I won both of them.”
