Report: More Blue State Cities Offering IDs to Illegal Immigrants

Friday, Voice of America’s Daniela Schrier reported  on San Francisco, Oakland and New York’s programs to offer municipal identification cards to people living inside the Untied States illegally.

Nisha Agarwal, the New York Commissioner of Immigrant Affairs said the point of the cards is to “make life better, easier, more fruitful for everyone living here including undocumented immigrants.”
