State Dept: We Can’t Know Clinton Provided All Emails Without Server Access

Friday at the State Department briefing, spokeswoman Marie Harf was quizzed by the press over former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton exclusively emailing all official State Department business using her private email account with private servers maintained at her residence.

Reporters’ questions forced Harf to admit that yes, it is “correct” that without the State Department getting independent access to her server, they can not guarantee all freedom of information requests are being fulfilled, because they can not know Hillary provided all her emails.
