Sunday on Fox News Channel’s “Fox News Sunday,” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said he is 91 percent sure he is running for president in 2016.
Graham said there is a 91 percent he is running because, “I’ve got a good message. I think I’ve done more right than wrong on foreign policy. I’ve criticized the president for being weak and indecisive. I’ve been a problem solver in Washington and I think I’ve got something to offer the party and decision. if I can raise the money, I’ll do it.
When asked if he was “too far in the center on non-defense issues to win the Republican nomination?” Graham said, “Not at all.”
