Monday night on Newsmax TV’s “Prime,” pollster John Zogby said Republican presidential candidate and billionaire real estate mogul Donald Trump is “not a serious candidate.”
Zogby said, “Almost every candidate gets a bump from making an announcement. I do in all honestly have to take issue with the Washington Post and others the other day saying Donald Trump surges, Donald Trump rockets into second place. Six or seven to 10 percent — let’s put that in proper perspective — nobody is taking off like a lighting bolt here.”
He added, “What the GOP needs is some momentum. It needs the top three candidates who are serious candidates. Come on, the Donald is not a serious candidate.”
