Wednesday on “The Michael Medved Show,” while discussing Republican presidential candidates Donald Trump’s immigration proposal of ending birthright citizenship, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) said he “absolutely” supports ending birthright citizenship adding that has been his position for years.
Cruz said, “Absolutely. We should end granting automatic birthright citizenship to the children of those who are here illegally.”
He added, “That has been my position from the very first day of my running for the Senate.”
