Christie: Hillary a ‘Disgrace,’ Thinks Presidency Is a ‘Familial Ascendancy’

On this weekend’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday,” Republican presidential candidate Gov. Chris Christie (R-NJ) said Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton is arrogant for not answering questions and added the presidency is not a “familial ascendancy.”

On Hillary Clinton, Christie said she “believes only certain laws apply to her.”

“Her arrogance, her arrogance that she won’t answer  questions,” he continued. “You heard it yesterday or two days ago with Ed Henry. He asked three questions and she said I’ll answer one because that’s what you deserve. Thank you very much  your highness. We appreciate it but this is not royalty in the Untied States. You have to battle, fight, and answer questions by the American people to become president of the United States. This is not a familial ascendancy.”

On Clinton comparing Republicans to terrorist groups, Christie said, “There’s a real uniter. That’s the woman you want sitting in the Oval Office to bring our country back together. That’s a disgrace and she’s a disgrace.  She’s a disgrace for saying that. Comparing them to terrorist groups…Can you imagine if we compared the Democratic Party to terrorist groups? Can you imagine the outrage in the mainstream media for that? She stood up and said that Republicans are like terrorist groups.”
