Monday in Washington at the “Summit on Climate and the Road through Paris” hosted by the White House, in what appeared to be a reference to Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s remarks stating she was proud consider Republicans enemies at last weeks CNN debate, Vice President Joe Biden offered his thoughts on Republicans.
Biden said, “I don’t consider Republicans enemies, but friends.”
