Gowdy: I Ordered Clearing of Benghazi Transcripts, If We Release One, ‘We’re Going to Release Them All’

Benghazi Select Committee Chairman Representative Trey Gowdy (R-SC) stated that he ordered his staff to clear the Benghazi transcripts and “If we’re going to release one, we’re going to release them all” in an excerpt of an interview set to air on Friday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “On the Record with Greta Van Susteren.”

Gowdy said, “I went downstairs this morning, and I told my folks, ‘Send all the transcripts, to be cleared.’ And when I say ‘be cleared,’ I’m not going to have any identifying information that’s going to jeopardize anyone. Send them all to be cleared. If we’re going to release one, we’re going to release them all, because I want folks to see that this is a serious investigation into all aspects of Benghazi, and the best way to get that point is to look at all the transcripts, not one of them.”
