Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) warned of another Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attack if the United States’ policy regarding Syria doesn’t change.
Graham said, “Without adjusting our strategy the worst is yet to come when it comes to ISIS, that the Obama strategy regarding destroying ISIS is not working and will not work.”
He continued, “You’re only going to win this war if you go on offense. Your never win the war form the air,” he added, “We don’t have until the next election to deal with ISIS. There’s a 9/11 coming and it’s coming from Syria if we don’t disrupt their operations coming from Syria.”
“Without American boots on the ground in Syria and Iraq, we’re going to be hit at home,” he added.
