During a special edition of “America’s Election HQ” on Fox News Channel, Washington Post columnist Charles Krauthammer reacted to Saturday’s Democratic debate, calling presidential candidate Hillary Clinton the winner of the debate.
“[Clinton] was able to flick off issues here and there,” he said.
Krauthammer went on to explain that, unless there is a scandal hidden in her emails, the Democratic primary is not “even a contest anymore.”
He also added Clinton’s showing at the debate was “kind of a performance” and “masterful.”
The Washington Post columnist concluded by suggesting fellow Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders could be positioning himself because he wants to be an ambassador to Paris.
