[Adult Language Warning]
Thursday on C-SPAN’s “Washington Journal,” while discussing the Omnibus Spending Bill and Tax Extenders Package, Rep. Dave Brat (R-VA) received a vulgar comment from a caller on the line for Democrats.
The caller, identified as Glenn from Salt Lake City, UT, said, “Hi. Good morning. My question is—since we are spending all of this money, where are we getting the money from? And my second question is—if i can sh-t in your mouth.”
The host cut off the caller and quickly interjected, “Um, I apologize for that, Congressman. We don’t take that kind of language here on ‘The Washington Journal.'”
