CNN anchor Poppy Harlow’s Monday is going, well, just like Mondays typically go.
While a graph showing a poll on Americans’ attitudes about the war on terrorism on Monday’s “CNN Newsroom,” Harlow’s speech began to slur and then she went silent. CNN then cut to a commercial.
The show later returned with Harlow, who thanked viewers for their concern.
“And for all of you on Twitter, who are asking if I’m OK, thank you so much. I got a little hot, and I passed out for a moment,” she explained. “I am fine.”
Thank you all for your concern and messages! I am ok! Passed out briefly and am with the doctor now. So thankful to our amazing CNN team.
