Harris-Perry: I Wouldn’t Be Protected if I Shot Kid with Toy Gun

On Saturday’s “Melissa Harris-Perry” on MSNBC, host Melissa Harris-Perry reacted to report that the two officers who were involved in the shooting death of 12-year-old Tamir Rice would not be indicted.
