Watch: Conan O’Brien Mocks NFL Over New Rule Changes

Recently, NFL owners voted to add some new rules to the league. One of the new rules now allows for a player who gets penalized twice in one game for certain types of unsportsmanlike conduct fouls to be thrown out of the game, much like in soccer.

Thursday, Conan O’Brien, host of TBS’s “Conan,” made fun of the rules, even taking a shot at the high number of arrests around the league by coming up with some new rules of his own.

One rule read, “Players can only be arrested in the months of March, April, May, June, July, and August.”
