Giuliani: Black Lives Matter Really Means ‘Let’s Agitate Against the Police Matters’

On Monday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R) argued that the Black Lives Matter movement doesn’t mean Black Lives Matter, “They mean, Let’s Agitate Against the Police Matters. If they meant Black Lives Matter, they would be doing something about the way in which the vast majority of blacks are killed in America, which is by other blacks.”

Giuliani said, “I don’t see what Black Lives Matter is doing for blacks, other than, isolating them. All it cares about is the police shooting of blacks. It doesn’t care about the 90% of blacks that are killed by other blacks.” He pointed out that a majority of white people are killed by other white people, so if you want to care about white lives, you have to worry about white people.

He later added, “[T]hey don’t mean Black Lives Matter. They mean, Let’s Agitate Against the Police Matters. If they meant Black Lives Matter, they would be doing something about the way in which the vast majority of blacks are killed in America, which is by other blacks.”

Giuliani also commented on President Obama saying it was “hard to untangle” the motives of the Dallas shooter.

“If you can’t untangle the motives of man who explained his motives on tape, then there’s something wrong with you.” Giuliani declared.
