Moore: Hillary Will Be A Great President Because She ‘Has Been Harassed and Attacked’

Wednesday on MSNBC’s “MTP Daily,” liberal filmmaker Michael Moore said Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton will be a great president because as a woman in the ’60s and ’70s she has “the memory of what it has been like to be the minority, to be the person who has been harassed and attacked.”

When asked if Hillary Clinton was better than Bill Clinton, Moore said, “Absolutely. With no disrespect to him, but she is a woman who had to go through—the first feminists of the ’60s and ’70s. She has had to suffer. She has walked through the fire.”

He added, “The memory of what it has been like to be the minority, to be the person who has been harassed and attacked. All the things the embodiment that is Donald Trump, she lived that. Now she is going to sit in the oval office and the first thing on her mind every day is let’s make sure we don’t hurt anybody, especially the children and especially the families.”
