Dem Sen Stabenow: Comey Has ‘Shown He’s Very Easily Intimidated By the Republicans in DC’

On Friday’s broadcast of “MSNBC Live,” Senator Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) argued that FBI Director James Comey has ” shown he’s very easily intimidated by the Republicans in DC who are constantly trying to create controversy and so on.”

Stabenow said, “I think the biggest thing is my disappointment with the director. I think he’s shown he’s very easily intimidated by the Republicans in DC who are constantly trying to create controversy and so on. And, at this point, who knows the weekend before. I can tell you the biggest worry I have is what’s happening with the Russians and their hacking the system, and trying to throw it some way to Donald Trump ,who they think, for them, would be a better president. And so, I’m just hopeful that we can show on Tuesday that American democracy is alive and well, that our system is credible and works, and that people will get out to vote.”
